March of 2003, E-ASTER aided and abetted the export of an instrument landing system, an item subject to the Regulations and classified under Export Control Classification Number (“ECCN”) 7A994, from the United States through Italy to Iran, without the required license from the Department of Commerce.

Affiliates of EGL (then part of the CEVA Logistics group) acted as the freight forwarder of ten shipments containing oil rig supplies to Aban VIII, an oil drilling rig located in Iranian coastal waters and operated by Petropars, an affiliated company of the National Iranian Oil Company.

Edsun Equipments LLC

Conspiracy to violate the ITSR by exported large quantities of aircraft components from U.S. manufacturers and vendors to Iran. Sentenced to 18 months in prison for her role in a scheme to illegally smuggle millions of dollars worth of aircraft parts from her home to Iran. She attempted to export at least 49 shipments containing more than 23,000 license-controlled aircraft parts worth over $2 million to Iran.

Between on or about June 27,2000 and on or about April 27, 2004, Dresser Italia’s Ledeen facility caused the doing of an act prohibited by the Regulations by specially ordering from a U.S. company various oil industry-related items, which were subject to the Regulations6 and to the Iranian Transactions regulation^,^ and which were exported by the U.S. company through Italy to Iran without the required U.S. Government. authorization.
