Epsilon Electronics (d/b/a Power Acoustik Electronics, Sound Stream, Kole Audio and Precision Audio)

August 26, 2008, to May 22, 2012, Epsilon had violated § 560.204 of the ITSR when it issued 39 invoices for sales to Asra International LLC, a/k/a Asra Electronic Trading Co., a company that Epsilon knew or had reason to know that distributed most, if not all, of its products to Iran.

Engineering Dynamics Inc

In connection with a plot to export controlled engineering software to Iran. OFAC alleged that EDI acted in a knowing and willful manner by importing and exporting unauthorized goods and services to and from Iran in the form of an engineering software program intended to assist in the design of offshore oil and gas structures.;

Energy Republic GmbH

Conspired to unlawfully export gas turbine parts from the U.S. to Iran. Biria admitted to conspiring in 2017 with Olaf Tepper and others to acquire about $1 million worth of energy turbine parts from a company in Saratoga County, New York.  The parts would have been shipped to Germany and then immediately re-shipped to Iran, as part of a scheme to willfully violate U.S. export control laws.
