EVI, Inc, through its former subsidiary Energy Ventures Mid-East Inc, exported oil field equipment to Iran without obtaining the required licenses.

ETCO-FZC (ETC)

Conspired to unlawfully export gas turbine parts from the U.S. to Iran. She admitted that she was the President and Managing Director of ETCO-FZC (“ETCO”), an export company with an office in Dubai in the United Arab Emirates.  ETCO is a supplier of spare and replacement turbine parts for power generation companies in the Middle East, including Iran.

Essie Cosmetics Ltd.

The apparent violations relate to Essie and Individual’s knowing sale and export of nail care products on or about September 17, 2009, December 8, 2009 and February 23, 2010, to an Iranian distributor pursuant to an Exclusive Distributorship Agreement in apparent violation of § 560.204 of the ITR.

Epsilon Electronics, Inc

From on or about August 26, 2008, to on or about May 22, 2012, Epsilon issued 39 invoices for car audio and video equipment, valued at $3,407,491, which was shipped to a company that reexports most, if not all, of its products to Iran and has offices in Tehran, Iran, and Dubai, the U.A.E. Epsilon knew or had reason to know that such goods were intended specifically for supply, transshipment, or reexportation, directly or indirectly to Iran.
