OFAC alleged that Primavera acted without an OFAC license when it exported goods and services to Primavera’s Dubai, U.A.E. based authorized representative with knowledge that the goods and services were destined for re-export to Iran.

In 2010, PRC Laser sold and/or transported an industrial laser from the US to Iran via the UAE with knowledge of a violation.

Occurring in July 2004, Polek & Polek acted without an OFAC license or outside the scope of its license by exporting goods to Iran.

1999 - 2000 operation of Iranian accounts.

OFAC alleged that Pinnacle failed to provide documents responsive to an administrative subpoena issued by OFAC as part of its investigation of Pinnacle’s February 2004 sale and delivery of a jet engine, with a value in excess of $1 million. The engine appears to have been destined for Iran.

From 1999 to 2000, Petrom arranged the export of check valves and spare parts from the US to Iran via Germany without the required license.

1999 - 2003 Exportation of services to Iran

Exported various goods from the United States to Iran and China without the required export licenses. These goods include carbon fiber classified under ECCN 1C010 and controlled for national security reasons.
