Unitrans International Inc.

Between November 2011 and May 2012, officers of Unitrans, which provided logistical services to Anham, facilitated the transportation of construction materials to Afghanistan through Iran. These materials were used in the construction of a warehouse that Anham used to assist in the performance of the troop support contract that Anham had with the DLA. At the time of the shipments, high level officers at Unitrans and Anham were aware of the activity and took no action to stop the conduct, Unitrans admitted.

United Medical Instruments Inc.

From on or about December 5, 2007 to on or about April 30, 2009, UMI violated on at least 56 occasions when it made sales of medical imaging equipment with knowledge or reason to know that the goods were intended specifically for supply or re-exportation to buyers located in Iran, and when it facilitated the sales of medical imaging equipment from a company located in the United Arab Emirates to Iran.

UniCredit Group

UniCredit Bank AG, a financial institution headquartered in Munich, operating under the name HypoVereinsbank, and part of the UniCredit Group agreed to enter a guilty plea to charges of conspiring to violate the International Emergency Economic Powers Act and defrauding the United States by processing hundreds of millions of dollars of transactions through the U.S. financial system on behalf of an entity designated as a weapons of mass destruction proliferator and other Iranian entities subject to U.S. economic sanctions.

Ubiquiti Networks, Inc.

Engaged in transactions related to the exportation, reexportation, sale or supply, directly or indirectly, of goods for broadband wireless connectivity1 to Iran, and facilitating the reexportation, sale or supply of such goods to Iran, when it entered into an agreement granting a distributor in the United Arab Emirates (“U.A.E.”) exclusive rights to distribute Ubiquiti’s goods in Iran, then subsequently sold to the U.A.E. distributor and exported or shipped to the U.A.E. goods that were reexported to Iran.
