Zhongxing Telecommunications Equipment Corporation, a telecommunications corporation established in the People's Republic of China, and its subsidiaries and affiliates, as well as ZTE Kangxun Telecommunications Ltd. and its subsidiaries and affiliates agreed to settle their potential civil liability for 251 apparent violations of the Iranian Transactions and Sanctions Regulations, 31 C.F.R. part 560 (ITSR).

ZTE was required to pay $1 billion and put $400 million in escrow after BIS learned that the company had not complied with certain terms in a March 2017 settlement relating to Iran sanctions violations.

The alleged violations occurred between May 2002 and December 2003. OFAC alleged that goods were exported to or transshipped through Iran without an OFAC license.

In 2001, Zaharoni exported integrated circuits to Iran from the USA through the UAE.

Between on or about July 11, 2014, and on or about January 15, 2015, through five separate transactions, ZAG purchased a total of 263,563 metric tons of Iranian origin clinker from a company located in the United Arab Emirates, with knowledge that the cement clinker was sourced from Iran, and then resold and transported it to a company in Tanzania.

OFAC alleged that on or about June 2, 2006, ZAS used the services of an Iranian vessel to transport goods from China to Saudi Arabia without an OFAC license.

The alleged violations relate to the sale of air conditioning and refrigeration equipment to Iran and Sudan by foreign nationals employed at a foreign branch of York, and improper payments made to the Government of Iraq in connection with licensed sales of refrigeration equipment to Iraq under the United Nations Oil-for-Food Program.

Specifically, from on or about October 2, 2014 to on or about March 4, 2016, the Jereh Group appears to have violated §§ 560.203 and 560.204 of the ITSR on at least 11 occasions when it exported or reexported, or attempted to export or re-export, U.S.-origin goods ultimately intended for end-users in Iran by way of China. Jereh Group also exported certain U.S.-origin items with knowledge or reason to know that the items were intended for production of, for commingling with, or for incorporation into goods made in China to be supplied, transshipped, or re-exported to end-users in Iran.

Conspired to export high-dollar vacuum pumps and pump related equipment to Iran through a free trade zone located in the UAE.

OFAC alleged that on or about June 6, 2006, WSR attempted to facilitate a trade-related transaction with Iran on behalf of a non-U.S. person without an OFAC license.
