UANI Announces Two Additional Panels For November 4 Virtual Summit
(New York, N.Y.) — United Against Nuclear Iran (UANI) today announced two additional panel discussions during its Virtual Summit on Thursday, November 4. The panels are focused conversations on Iran's Policy of Hostage Taking: The Human Cost and How to Respond, and The Future of the JCPOA.
U.S. Senator Ben Cardin will deliver keynote remarks ahead of the panel on hostage taking - 42 years to the day after Iran's takeover of the U.S. Embassy in Tehran and the start of the Iran Hostage Crisis. Following the senator's remarks, a panel discussion between UANI Senior Advisor Barry Rosen, Michael White, and Nizar Zakka will be moderated by Governor Bill Richardson, a member of UANI's Advisory Board.
Separately, UANI Chairman Senator Joseph I. Lieberman will moderate a discussion on The Future of the JCPOA. Panelists include UANI Advisory Board member Michael Singh, Sima Shine, and Ilan Goldenberg.
