Illegally accessed a protected computer and for transportation of stolen software, which was then taken to Iran for use in future employment in the nuclear industry.

Violated U.S. economic sanctions on Iran by sending explosion-graded industrial parts to a petrochemical company in Iran beginning in 2008.
