On Thursday, the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) acted against two Hong Kong and Marshall Islands-owned ship vessels for their role in supporting the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps-Qods Force (IRGC-QF)-backed Houthi financial facilitator Sa’id al-Jamal.
