UANI’s 2018 Iran Summit Kicks Off As Organization Celebrates 10 Years

Remarks Include Senior U.S. Officials, Including Secretary Pompeo & National Security Advisor Bolton

New York, NY – Celebrating 10 years since its founding, United Against Nuclear Iran (UANI) will host a distinguished lineup of senior U.S. officials, current and former foreign leaders, and Iran experts at its annual Iran summit, held on Tuesday, September 25 at The Westin Grand Central in New York City. This year’s Iran summit will feature keynote remarks from the Honorable Michael R. Pompeo, Secretary of State of the United States and Ambassador John R. Bolton, National Security Advisor to President Donald J. Trump and former U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations.

The conference of interviews and discussions will examine the political and economic environment since the U.S. withdrawal from the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) – with additional emphasis on how the Iran landscape has changed in Washington over the past 10 years, how UANI found success and what the road ahead looks like in the post-JCPOA environment.

Comprised of former diplomats and lawmakers, UANI is spearheading a global education campaign focused on the risks of doing business with Iran, warning hundreds of international companies that may be contemplating Tehran as a new investment opportunity.
