Charlie Brown is a Senior Advisor to United Against Nuclear Iran (UANI), where he focuses on maritime sanctions enforcement and the tracking of illicit shipping linked to Iran. He has deep expertise in the identification and disruption of deceptive shipping practices used by the so-called "dark fleet." Charlie brings over two decades of experience in maritime security, strategic risk, and intelligence, including roles in both the U.S. Navy and civilian government. He has worked extensively across the Indo-Pacific, advising on regional maritime domain awareness and maritime security issues. At UANI, he contributes to vessel monitoring, evidence collection, and international advocacy aimed at curbing sanctions evasion.
