It repeatedly called at ports in occupied Crimea—Kamysh-Burun in June 2025, and Kerch and Kamysh-Burun in July 2025, according to Ukrainian intelligence. . . . According to United Against Nuclear Iran (UANI), the tanker had previously been used to transport Iranian oil. The tanker is included on UANI's list of vessels linked to the Iran-Venezuela oil trade (the Maduro-Khamenei Oil Alliance).
