Putin and Iran’s Weapon Terrorizing Ukraine, on Display in the Heart of London

A downed Iranian Shahed-136 drone, one of the weapons Putin is using in his war against Ukraine, was displayed in the British Parliament today. This is the first time this drone has been displayed on European soil. On the other hand, in May of this year, a Shahed-136 was also displayed in the United States at the Capitol, marking the first time an Iranian drone had been displayed in this building. Monday's event was organized by United Against Nuclear Iran (UANI), a non-profit organization created to “combat the threats posed by the Islamic Republic of Iran,” as defined on its website. The event in the British Parliament was attended by Tom Tugendhat, UK MP and senior advisor to UANI; Mark Wallace, CEO of UANI; and Polish Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski.
