Snapback: The E3 Countries Have Returned to Reality

At the beginning of September, the thirty-day countdown to the automatic reintroduction of UN sanctions (snapback mechanism) against Iran began. Triggered by Britain, France and Germany, the so-called E3 states, this long-overdue decision was a reaction to Tehran's repeated violations of the 2015 nuclear deal.
