Russia Only Reforms When It Loses a War

Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski traveled to London with a simple message: Russia only changes when it suffers defeats. The Deputy Prime Minister and Polish Foreign Minister spoke about this on Tuesday (October 14) during a meeting in the British Parliament. There, together with representatives of Ukraine, the United Kingdom, and the United States, he presented the Iranian Shahed-136 drone. Russia uses such kamikaze drones to attack Ukrainian cities. The drone was brought to the UK by  United Against Nuclear Iran (UANI), with support from the Polish government. The exhibit comes from a battlefield in Ukraine—one of many pieces of evidence that the Kremlin is eager to use Iranian technology to wreak havoc.
