Aarabi: “The Quds Day rally was created by Ayatollah Khomeini, the first supreme leader of the Islamic regime. It is meant to signify the Muslim march to [Jerusalem] . . . to eradicate the Jewish state and liberate the state of Palestine. It is violent and extremist in nature. . . . You would have individuals carrying Hezbollah flags, IRGC flags, slogans that are anti-Semitic, violent, Islamist, and extremist. The banning of the Quds Day rally is absolutely in Britain’s national security interest because [the rally] is a violent, Islamist, anti-Semitic march.”
