The registration of in Düsseldorf-based GIC International GmbH, ostensibly a German company, is recorded in Iran’s “Official Gazette,” the Iranian registrar of companies, which further notes a Tehran branch.

GIC International GmbH’s ‘unofficial’ Facebook page lists its location not as Düsseldorf at all, but rather as Tehran, Iran:
