According to the Petrosadid website, a “Letter of Agency” signed by the Managing Director of CIB Unigas on July 19, 2016 granted exclusive authorized agency rights to the Iranian firm, Petro Farayand Sadid (“Petrosadid”) in Iran. (Petrosadid Website, “EXCLUSIVE
