SDN listed vessel DINO I called at Port Cochin, India on May 8, 2019. According to the Cochin Port website, Atlantic is listed as the agency responsible for the DINO I crude oil vessel shipment.
We were informed by the Government of India ( Oil Import Subsidiary Unit) that India was allowed to import crude oil from Iran under the US waiver up to 02nd May 2019. We were appointed as sub-agent on behalf of Government of India (Oil Import Subsidiary unit) for the MT Dino 1 called at Port Cochin, which had loaded cargo from Iran during 28th/April 2019 and 29th April 2019 respectively and the same is within the US waiver period deadline of 02.05.2019. (May 14, 2019).
