"Farajollah Sedaghat, as Deputy head of Prison Organisation of Tehran province, has been responsible for the torturing, beating, illegal transfer, denial of medical care and the death of prisoners including the death of political prisoners Hassan Nahid, Hoda Saber and Sattar Beheshti. Hassan Nahid who was diagnosed with cancer was denied medical care and died in April 2011 in prison. On 12 June 2010, Hoda Saber another political prisoner died on the eighth day of his hunger strike as result of the lack of medical care and ill-treatment. Sattar Beheshti, blogger and political prisoner, died of severe torture and ill-treatment in Evin prison on 3 November 2012."3
