"The Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC) Regional Corps Hazrat Nabi Akram operates in the province of Kermanshah. EU-listed Brigadier General Bahman Reyhani is the commander of this entity. During the 2022 protests, Kermanshah province has seen violent crackdowns by Iranian security forces, including the IRGC. The IRGC Regional Corps Hazrat Nabi Akram is therefore responsible for serious human rights violations in Iran."1
