"Qazi Ghannad is a Revolutionary Court prosecutor and judge. During the 2022/2023 protests, he violated the right to fair trial and sentenced protestors to death who were later executed by the Iranian regime. As prosecutor, he handed down the death sentence in the case of Majid Rahnavard in 2022. He is therefore responsible for serious human rights violations in Iran."1
