In January 2021, the State of New Jersey Department of the Treasury listed Kingdream as a company engaged in prohibited activities in Iran pursuant to P.L. 2012, c. 25 ("Chapter 25").

On October 14, 2020, Kingdream remained on the Tennesse Department of General Services list of persons it determines engage in investment activities in Iran, as described in 12-12-105.

In 2020, the U.S. state of Mississippi listed Kingdream on its state lists of Companies Doing Business with the Iranian Petroleum/Natural Gas, Nuclear and Military Sectors, rendering it ineligible for investment and/or state contracting.

In 2018 and 2019 Tennessee used the New York list of “Entities determined to be non-responsive bidders/offerers pursuant to the New York State Iran Divestment Act of 2012.” Kingdream was included on this list in 2018 and 2019. Tennessee states "Inclusion on this list would make a person ineligible to contract with the state of Tennessee, if a person ceases its engagement in investment activities in Iran, it may be removed from the list."

"Kingdream states that it holds patents for drill bits in Iran, as well as the United States and Russia.... The company has supplied the National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC) wiht drill bits for its extraction activities.... "As part of the settlement [with US Treasury Department], Alfa Laval Middle East agreed to implement sanctions compliance measures for five years and provide annual certification to OFAC that the measures have been implemented." According to a Settlement Agreement with the US Treasury Department signed April 28, 2021, the "OFAC determined that AL [Alfa Laval] Middle East [a subsidiary of Alfa Laval AB] committed one apparent violation of § 560.203(a) of the Iranian Transactions and Sanctions Regulations, 31 C.F.R. part 560 (“ITSR”) by causing a U.S. person, Alfa Laval Inc. (“AL U.S.”), to violate § 560.204 of the ITSR by exporting $18,585 worth of U.S.-origin goods indirectly to Iran on or about March 26, 2016. 

Additionally, AL Middle East committed one apparent violation of § 560.203(b) of the ITSR in forming a conspiracy with two Iran-based firms and one Dubai-based company to cause a U.S. person to violate § 560.204. This conspiracy took place from on or about August 8, 2015 to on or about May 5, 2016 and involved conduct relating to an export worth $18,585 described above, an incomplete export transaction worth $5,170, and future contemplated transactions worth $181,453.

Alfa Laval is a Swedish technology company that provides industrial equipment for the energy, chemical, metal, food, and beverage industries. It has a strong US presence and had over $3.3 billion in revenue in 2009 (Company Annual Report).

Alfa Laval sells its products in Iran through an Iranian website, in addition to maintaing an office in Tehran (Iranian Website). Through this site, Alfa Laval makes available many products that have a known application in the nuclear energy industry. For example, Alfa Laval advertises the benefits of installing its plate heat exchangers in nuclear power plants.

Alfa Laval's has deep commercial ties with the U.S. government. Since 2000, Alfa Laval has received over $40.4 million in US government contracts. $35.8 million of these contracts were awarded by the Department of Defense (USA Spending). 

According to his LinkedIn page, Mohammad Sanki is the current managing director of KONE-authorized distributor, Saba Service Asanbar, in Tehran, and branch manager of KONE-authorized distributor, Sabalift, in Khorasan, Iran.

Roctest is an industrial instrument company that describes itself as "a world lead[ing] manufacturer of high precision measuring and monitoring instrumentation for the civil engineering market and applications in the energy, healthcare and process control industries (Company Website).

Roctest also notes its "products are sold in more than 75 countries by direct sales and through an international distributor network" (Company Website). This distributor network includes Iran, where Roctest sells its products through the civil engineering equipment supplier Abzar-e-Khak (Company Website).

Abzar-e-Khak performs services for five Iranian government ministries, including the Ministry of Energy, in addition to private Iranian oil companies (Abzar-e-Khak Website). 

Iranian oil, gas, petrochemical and power industries services company Petrokalooj cites Parker as a supplier on its website.

In 2003, Parker's Instrumentation Products Division-Europe announced that their products, including tube fittings, valves, regulators and hoses, had been contracted to make gas dispensers for Iran’s “national compressed natural gas (CNG)-powered public transport project.” "According to Parker Instrumentation, Hans Brochier is currently providing fuel dispensing systems for more than 40 filling stations at "key" high-traffic sites throughout the country, which will be used initially by a fleet of CNG-fueled buses. According to an industry publication, the U.S. manufacturer Parker Hannifin's European subsidiary, Parker's Instrumentation Products Division-Europe, announced in 2003 that its equipment would be used to supply Iranian compressed natural gas refueling stations. The company was selected by Hans Brochier GmbH & Company for a "contract to provide gas dispensers for Iran's nationwide compressed natural gas (CNG)-powered public transport project."

Invensys is a multinational corporation which consists of Invensys Operations Management, Invensys Rail, and Invensys Controls. Invensys Operations Management, the largest division, is “a global technology, software and consulting organization” with over $2 billion in sales (Company Brochure).
