Following the removal from the Florida list on September 24, 2019, South Dakota Investment Council also removed ONGC Mangalore from its Iran Scrutinized Companies list effective November 21, 2019.

ONGC Mangalore Petrochemicals is listed on the June 4, 2019 and July 12, 2019 Florida State Board of Administration list of prohibited investments (Scrutinized companies) for Iran related business.

On September 19, 2007, Kunlun Energy was added to the Florida State Board of Administration List of Prohibited Investments (Scrutinized Companies) due to its involvement in Iran. As of March 9, 2021, Kunlun Energy remains on the SBA list of prohibited investments.

Zist Tajhiz Pooyesh Company is added on February 3, 2017 to the Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) list maintained by the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) for supplying goods to Mabrooka Trading, which procures items for Iran-based Navid Composite, a subsidiary of U.N.-sanctioned Sanam Industries Group;

"BS Company (Offshore) is one of the largest importers of crude oil into Syria, and has imported hundreds of thousands of metric tons of Iranian light crude oil in the past year using a variety of oil tanker vessels and tanker trucks. These land- and sea-based shipments are destined for Banias Refinery Company, which is identified as meeting the definition of Government of Syria pursuant to E.O. 13582. BS Company (Offshore) is also affiliated with the Qatirji Group. As of September 5, 2018, the Qatirji Group and its co-owner Mohammad Bara Qatirji are subject to U.S. sanctions pursuant to Executive Order 13582;

"According to the official website of the French-Company Sarasin Actor they are working with Iranian entities that are close to the Iran Regime and IRGC;

National Iranian Gas Company lists Sarasin Actor as their official partner;

Also on the official website of Sarasin Actor they mention working with National Iranian Oil Company. The National Iranian Oil Company, a government-owned corporation under the direction of the Ministry of Petroleum of Iran, is a national oil and natural gas producer and distributor headquartered in Tehra. Has provided support to the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC); has awarded contracts to Khatam Al-Anbia, a construction and development wing of the IRGC;

Sarasin Actor is co-worker of Arya Nik, according to informations from website of Arya Nik. Arya Niroo Nik is a shell company used by Fulmen for some of its operations, according to the European Union; Fulmen is involved in procurement for Iran’s uranium enrichment facilities. Fulmen participated in the construction of the Natanz Uranium Enrichment Plant in cooperation with Kalaye Electric. Fulmen is added to the Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) list maintained by the U.S. Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) on November 21, 2011, freezing its assets under U.S. jurisdiction and prohibiting transactions with U.S. parties, pursuant to Executive Order 13382;" (IFMAT, "Despite US sanctions Sarasin Actor continues to work in Iran," 6/18/2019).

RMC recently has tightened up its business relationship with one of the biggest petrochemical producer from Iran which known as Jam Petrochemical Company;

Jam Petrochemical serves as a project implementing company for National Petrochemical Company, which owns about half of Jam shares;

Rocky Mountain is also listed as official business partner of Mahestan Gas Company. Mahestan Gas Company serving Iran’s industry and economy in a specialized field, including manufacturing of industrial and petrochemical equipment, distribution of different types of industrial gases, construction of industrial gas production plants, supply of the equipment and machinery required by industrial units, construction of LNG units, etc.;

Oil and Gas sector in Iran is controlled by the terrorist organization IRGC and Iranian regime. Money received from oil and gas companies, IRGC uses to sponsor terrorist organizations and building weapons of mass destruction; (Source: IFMAT, 8/8/2019).

On March 24, 2015, Engen Botswana was added to the Florida State Board of Administration List of Prohibited Investments (Scrutinized Companies) due to its involvement in Iran. As of March 9, 2021, Engen Botswana remains on the SBA list of prohibited investments.

on January 13, 2020, the South Dakota Investment Council submitted a report to the Executive Board of the Legislative Research Council regarding compliance with SDCL 4-5-48 to 4-5-60, Iran Divestiture. Included in this report is an Iran Scrutinized Companies list of all prohibited investments for which the internal managers and direct external managers are instructed not to purchase any company on the list. Engen Botswana is included on this list.
