Bulk Carrier TERMEH (IMO: 9213399) may have transported sanctioned Iranian-origin petrochemical products in May 2019. TERMEH called at Port of Imbituba, Brazil on May 2, 2019. According to the Port of Imbituba website, Friendship is listed as the agency responsible for the TERMEH vessel urea shipment.
According to an Acerto article on April 19, 2019, “Fertisanta will be taking receipt of an additional two cargoes of 50-60,000t of Iranian granular urea into its warehouses at Imbituba and Rio Grande.”
According to articles in November 2018, January 2019, February 2019 and March 2019 in Fertecon, which specializes in Agribusiness intelligence for the global fertilizer markets, FACT was the reported buyer of CIFC/Iran shipments of Ammonia into the Port of Cochin on the vessels THE MOON (f/k/a GAS CAT IMO: 8818843) and STANDORF (IMO: 8902993).
According to articles in November 2018 and March 2019 in Fertecon, which specializes in Agribusiness intelligence for the global fertilizer markets, CPDC was the reported buyer of Raintrade/Iran shipments of Ammonia into the Port of Taichung on the vessel GAS LINE (IMO: 9014420).
On June 16, 2011, Petronas Chemicals was added to the Florida State Board of Administration List of Prohibited Investments (Scrutinized Companies) due to its involvement in Iran. As of March 9, 2021, Petronas Chemicals remains on the SBA list of prohibited investments.

Zist Tajhiz Pooyesh Company is added on February 3, 2017 to the Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) list maintained by the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) for suppling goods to Mabrooka Trading, which procures items for Iran-based Navid Composite, a subsidiary of U.N.-sanctioned Sanam Industries Group;
