Iranian company Bonakdar Industrial & Commerical Group lists GIMAX as an international partner on its company website.

Gimax s.r.l. (“Gimax”) was advertised as a participant in the 4th International Exhibition on Wire & Cable, Rod, and Tube Industry (“Iran Wire 2017”) that took place on December 6-9, 2017. (Iran Wire Website, “List of International Exhibitors at IRAN WIRE 2017”).

GIC International is clearly tied to Iran and specifically tied to the sanction-designated Iranian firm, Ghadir Investment Company. The registration of in Düsseldorf-based GIC International GmbH, ostensibly a German company, is recorded in Iran’s “Official Gazette,” the Iranian registrar of companies, which further notes a Tehran branch.

GIC International GmbH’s ‘unofficial’ Facebook page lists its location not as Düsseldorf at all, but rather as Tehran, Iran:

Eurostamp’ has apparent ties to Mega Machine Group (“Mega Machine”), a troubling Iranian entity that is linked to the Iranian company, Paya Boresh Industrial Group (“Paya Boresh”). Paya Boresh supplies a plethora of designated Iranian entities linked to Iran’s defense and aerospace industries, including missile and nuclear projects, and the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Council (“IRGC”). According to its website, Mega Machine is the exclusive distributor for Eurostamp in Iran.

According to the Esproenko website, Esproenko operates a registered branch in Tehran, Iran.

Esproenko International, which specializes in oil and gas services, announced on Saturday that it will continue its business activities in Iran, irrespective of Washington's sanctions against Tehran. (Financial Tribune, 8/19/2018).

Iranian firm, Petronoble, claims to be the exclusive agent and official representative of OHL in Iran.  (Petronoble Website, “Partners.”).

OHL reportedly participated in the 22nd International Oil, Gas, Refining, and Petrochemicals Exhibition that took place in Tehran, Iran on May 6-9, 2017.  

According to a brochure on its website, Duplomatic is present in 55 countries with a network of more than 100 distributors, including Iran.

Iranian company FAMCO claims to be an authorized representative of Duplomatic in Iran. 

The Iranian firm, Raya Tosee Tajhiz Paya (“Raya Tosee”), claims to be an authorized agent of Weir in Iran.  (Raya Tosee Website, “Home.”). 

According to the KPS website, Cormay is a contracting company for the sanctioned Iranian entity, Kima Pakhsh Shargh (“KPS”).

According to its website, FAMCO (a troubling Iranian entitiy) sells Bauer gearboxes.

According to its Instagram, Mega Machine is the exclusive agent of Akyapak.
