Dear Supporter,

Following the launch of the Iran Business Registry (IBR), United Against Nuclear Iran (UANI) is pleased to announce the launch of a Valentine's Day initiative. This week we focus on Valentine's Day and the unintended consequences your purchases could have in bolstering the Iranian regime.

Companies like Nestle not only sell their products in Iran but they have factories there -- financially supporting the fragile Iranian economy while the Iranian government diverts billions of dollars to develop nuclear weapons.

Please do not buy your Valentine a gift that supports Iran's economy. Such companies undermine international financial measures that are intended to isolate the Iranian regime by sending a message to the rest of the world that it is acceptable to do business in Iran. The Wall Street Journal recently pointed out that business deals like Nestle's in Iran "aid a regime that is bent on developing nuclear weapons and which financially supports the terror organizations Hamas and Hezbollah."

This Valentine's Day please do not help Iran on its path toward a nuclear weapon.

Sincerely,

Ambassador Mark D. Wallace
