Iran Disclosure Project
The Iran Disclosure Project is an initiative to identify publicly-traded companies that have failed to disclose to investors the legal and financial peril associated with their business dealings in Iran. Under U.S. securities laws, publicly-traded companies are required to provide investors with full and accurate disclosure of material information concerning operations, financial condition, and any risk factors that could affect financial performance.
